Do you accept insurance?
Where are you located?
What's the best way to make an appointment?
My office is located in the Logan Office Building at 215 W. McElroy, suite 8. The private entrance to the waiting room is located on Duncan Street and you can park on either side of the building and take the sidewalk around to the door

What is the cancellation policy?
Not a problem! Occasionally, insurance companies are willing to do individual contracts for out of network providers and I am happy to work with you and your insurance company on this, although you will need to check on coverage and their willingness to do so and initiate the process. Insurance claims can still be filed for out of network benefits but your deductible may be higher so its important to check with your insurance company if this is an option. Coverage for telehealth varies depending on the insurance provider.
If you prefer to pay out of pocket my rates are as follows:
Initial Assessment/Evalution: $145
Individual Session: $125
Couple/Family Session: $125
Licensed Professional Counselor
How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
I accept BlueCross BlueShield and HealthChoice and submit the claims on your behalf.
If you are unable to make your appointment and cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours the fee is $50. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified me you will be required to pay to full session fee.
*Persistent cancellations or no shows to your scheduled appointments will result in being removed from the regular schedule in order to make room for others who are in need and ready to commit.
Note: 8/3/22: *I am currently running a wait-list so if you are need of immediate services I highly recommend seeking out alternative resources, either in your community or online. if you prefer to, and are safe to wait you can contact me via email to get on my waiting list. I cannot guarantee when a spot will become available so your patience is appreciated.
What if I'm out of network or want to pay privately?
Sessions are typically scheduled for 50 minutes although can sometimes be longer, depending on the need or circumstances. Meeting once weekly, especially at the onset of therapy, is important for building the therapeutic relationship and is encouraged although sessions can decrease in frequency as improvements are gained.
